These Terms & Conditions apply to Snapdeal.com “Snapdeal Credits” issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (“Pine Labs”) under the brand name of “Qwikcilver”. Pine Labs is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Snapdeal Credits. By opting for Snapdeal Credits, you are agreeing to and accept these Terms & Conditions. Your use of the Snapdeal Credits shall be deemed to be your understanding of, and agreement, to each of the terms and conditions set forth below.
The Snapdeal Credits can be redeemed online against products offered by Sellers listed on www.snapdeal.com only.
Snapdeal Credits can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Snapdeal Credits. Snapdeal Credits might not be applicable on a few categories.
Snapdeal Credits cannot be used to purchase other Snapdeal Credits.
If the order value exceeds the Snapdeal Credits amount, the balance must be paid by other payment option.
Snapdeal Credits and their corresponding unused balance will expire 365 days from the date of issuance. Unused balance of Snapdeal Credits may not be transferred to another Snapdeal Credits Account. No interest will be payable on Snapdeal Credits.
Snapdeal Credits cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit, and are not transferable for value.
Pine Labs will have the right to cancel the Snapdeal Credits obtained fraudulently and the funds have to be credited back to the same source from where these were received. Pine Labs does not warrant that the services and products provided to you pursuant to this Agreement will be free of interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or security problems.
www.snapdeal.com/Pine LabsPine Labs assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Snapdeal Credits and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
Pine Labs may call for further information and documents from you in compliance to KYC and AML guidelines issued by RBI from time to time. In the event the beneficiary/Know Your Customer (KYC) details are found to be incorrect/ insufficient, Pine LabsPine Labs/www.snapdeal.com retains the right to cancel the Snapdeal Credits issued. You also agree to Pine Labs’s Privacy Policy, which covers how it collects, uses, shares, and store your information.
Snapdeal Credits cannot be reloaded or resold.
These terms and conditions are governed by laws of India. You, Pine Labs and Snapdeal.com agree that all the disputes arising hereunder shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Bangalore.
You agree to indemnify Pine Labs and www.snapdeal.com for all claims brought by a third party against it or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
The conditions stated in these Terms and Conditions are in addition to the terms and conditions of www.snapdeal.com. Pine Labs reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion and without prior notice to you. All the terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
